Company Outlook
We offer “old fashioned values” of good service and dependability – hence the name “Arkwrights” – whilst keeping costs down with minimal overheads.
We are working with a limited number of selected clients to enable us to provide a more comprehensive service, allocating more time, than is possible with other irrigation businesses (not quite “Open All Hours”!!)
We will provide equipment at very competitive prices, but will require payment on delivery (we have to keep the Arkwrights cash register happy!)
Installation of designs can either be carried out by the client or sub contractors, or a mixture of both. We will ensure a high level of project management to make certain the job flows smoothly.
Who are we?
Kerry Turner has worked in the irrigation industry for many years in the South Canterbury/North Otago area. We specialise in the design and installation of predominantly agricultural irrigation systems, as well as effluent, stock water, waste water and horticultural projects.
Our design office is situated colse to Timaru.

$1000 per project for design and quote with costs refundable on purchase of materials and equipment (or $50 per hour for smaller projects)
- Irrigation Design Audit
$50 per hour
- Project Management
$50 per hour (project management at no cost on our own designs)
- Supply of effluent swivels (for centre pivots) sprinkler stands or self cleaning screens
- Assistance with water consent applications
- No charge for first meetings
